For every scoring record against crappy team, there's the soft, wait out the shot clock, passive, let's hold or cough up the ball game. The man can't play with force if the game is sped up or if he can't dictate the tempo. Even when he was at his best, I never had confidence that he could impose his will on a game when he needed to.
