I think it’s a foul on Allen. Incidental contact is allowed on a loose ball, but you can’t displace a player. Allen’s push knocks Ausar down and affects his ability to secure the ball, which is illegal regardless of possession.

It would have been an insane call, but the right one.

Same clip; they both went for the loose ball. The initial "slap" is incidental (meaning not enough to impact the play), while Allen’s momentum pushed Ausar down, impacting his ability to secure the ball.

I don’t think it impacted the play because Ausar was already on his way to secure the ball. They both went for the loose ball.

But Ausar’s momentum may also have affected Allen’s momentum, causing Allen to twist and impacting Ausar’s ability to secure the ball. I think, technically, it’s still a foul on Allen, but it’s close.
