I don't think it's a culture barrier at all, it's just the overall tone of your replies, you're over the top for no reason like you know better and everyone who has a different opinion is just wrong period. I'm from Brazil and of course "bantering with your boys" gets pretty heated and you don't have to be polite at all, but you don't know anyone from here in real life, so you come out as just disrespectful. Just take a look at how people talk around here, me and @OremLK for example disagree a lot but we always show respect and try to learn from each other's point of view.

Posters like that just become totally obsessed with the idea of a player. In this case Amen.... FVV broke a lot their brains because they couldn't comprehend that if Amen and/or Green was capable of handling a larger offensive load.... they'd be doing it. I like Amen and feel the Sengun/Green 21% extension is it.
Amen is the future. I definitely feel like the shot will come. we need to decide if we want to focus with him as a point guard or in another role. he was by far our best player this year.
Was it really poorly spaced or was Amen the cause of the spacing issues himself. You had a starting 5 of Sengun, Amen, KD, Jabari & one of Tari, Reed, Holiday or Okogie most of the time. KD shot .413 Reed was .394 Jabari .363 Okogie .385 Holiday .417 Alpi .305 DFS .333 Amen .216 And finally Tari who was leading the league at .455 at one point about half way thru then couldn't buy a bucket for the next month. That's more than enough shooting to spread the floor and even Alpi's .305 is "acceptable" for a center who doesn't shoot many 3's. Sengun is this teams center, like him or not. He Belongs In The Paint. How much more spacing do you want "around Amen"? KD was doubled and blitzed all season long - the rest of the team playing 4 on 3. Sengun saw a high volume of double teams as well - the rest of the team going 4 on 3. More often than not, it's how teams "defend" Amen that allows those double teams to occur - when they can place one defender between Amen and the other guy on that side of the floor and the rim. I pointed this out months ago, when Amen is on the perimeter off ball, teams don't guard him at all, they guard the space between him and the rim which allows them to literally guard one side of the floor with one defender. Even when he is on ball, teams will drop defenders off of him and invite the 3 or mid range shot, it's not until he's literally in the lane that they'll close the gap between Amen and the defender. The way teams defend Amen is the root of the spacing problems.
I don’t want to give either up as well. But I would for equal or better value. I so so bad want one of the two to become a decent 3 point shooter.
It would definitely be nice. I don't think it's ever going to happen with Amen. He just doesn't have any touch from outside. Sengun I don't get. He actually does have good touch but he doesn't seem to want to develop a 3. That's possibly on our coaching staff as well. I'd trade them for the right price but Giannis isn't it.
