Discussion in 'NBA Dish' started by Mr. Dominant, Dec 2, 2025.

?

Will Giannis stay in Milwaukee his whole career, or leave and play elsewhere?

  1. Stay and retire as a Milwaukee Buck

  2. Leave and retire elsewhere

  3. Leave but come back and retire as a Milwaukee Buck

So this was all just for show by the Bucks or did the Shams and pundits make this all up for bets?

This is the next logical step for Cornius Maizetokotumpo on his journey of unlawful Cornality

Also, great idea to own a betting market on your own trade demand - no conflict there

LOL. When you have to wave your resume to beg people to respect you, you aren't very respectable.

Doc: “That is so out of context. … When you have articles like this, you know there’s one guy talking, which is pretty obvious if you read the article who it is. It was taken out of context of what I was trying to say. I had a guy who was talking about his stats. I was basically saying the same thing. “Well I have stats too.” It was more taken out of context. Beadle: Sounds cool Doc. It’s like “Google me.” Doc: That’s what the reference was, from the Indiana coach. “Yeah, I got stats too.”

Doc: "I made a joke before All-Star where I said, 'Giannis should trade Shams.' Shams took that so personal that he actually called the Bucks and yelled at them to take it down. The NBA called the Bucks and are like, 'Shams wants us to tell you this, but we really don't care.' And then the NBA posted it! I've heard from 10 different people that Shams is going to do revenge article on you guys and on you. And I was like, 'okay, I don't care.'"

Seems like Shams is truly a snake. Good to know.

Giannis will be 33, has calf issues, and is ball dominant and can't shoot when you clog the lane.

Man, I hope Stone is smarter than this, but I have zero faith that he is.

Agreed. I would hate for us to get Giannis. But I would not be shocked if Stone traded for him.

"Myles Turner says Doc Rivers 'didn't fine anybody' this season despite repeated tardiness, Giannis Antetokounmpo was most likely Bucks player to be late."

"Turner continued: “I'm being so serious, bro. It was crazy, dawg. Guys were an hour late to the plane. It got to the point where I knew not to show up until an hour after they said the plane was taking off. It was crazy.”
When Stewart asked Turner which teammate was most likely to be late, he didn’t have to do much thinking.
