powell and barnes. Likely numbers don’t work but that’s 2 dream pickups that really improves our scoring and both solid vets and champions

Rui, Ayo, Dort, Barnes, Reeves

I think there are others on the list, I would like, but think they will either pick up their options or the team will.

 

Draymond, Harden, Lebron and lastly bring the Rockets, hero Melton home.

 

Realistically, I'd try for Keon Ellis, Brook Lopez and Harrison Barnes.

If we got them, I'd dump Adams, DFS and Tate.

That's how you add shooting without majorly affecting defense or payroll.

 

Reeves, Riu, Duren, Kessler all unrealistic.

 

Hachimura was so solid in the post season. Grimes would be nice.

Capela is just $6m. Adams is $14m. Neither are decent lob threats (vertical spacing) or have range (spacing). It's a waste of money. Adams is a better player but we don't need him. What we really need is a 5 that can shoot. Sengun, Lopez and Capela is crowded as it is.

Not a diss of Adams. One of my favorite players.

 

The rockets don't need Adams? You're talking like you didn't watch the games. Steven Adams won games for the rockets with his rebounding, his passing and his defense. Yes, the team needs shooting but the could opportunities at more shots with great rebounding, which Adams provides. This team was top 3 in rebounding and top 5 defensively up until he got hurt. I'm not sure what from the performance he put on the floor last season would make him disposable.

And Brooke Lopez has been cooked for years smh
