Senator Kelly recklessly put the lives of our troops in danger by disclosing classified details of their operation. Why? To score cheap political points? That's not leadership. And it's a crime. I shouldn't have to explain why a sitting Senator, with access to classified wartime information, should have the awareness to not disclose that information publicly to our enemies. Wow.

So now what? Are we gonna bomb before or after Trump heads to China, where as he said, "President Xi will give me a big, fat, hug when I get there." Good grief, the stuff he brags about is just weird.

Kegseth said it in a public hearing -- and I am sure Israel knew about it before Kegseth or Kelly.

I think the proper way to address this issue is to have Kegs and Kelly bareknuckle fight on the White House lawn on July 4th.

After Kelly defeats him (and he will, because he is not a soft/fake man), Hegseth can be displayed shamefully in front of Kelly's office until such time as the Space Force or NASA decide to shoot him to the moon.

 

At a minimum, the United States elected Donald Trump as President and there is some degree of communal culpability --- the rest of the world had zero say in US elections, other than Israel. Had the Democratic Party done a better job appealing to the US people, and handled the Biden transition better, we wouldn't have dumb **** in office....... likewise, if the Republicans cared at all about the US people, they would not let Diaper in Chief do whatever he wants. I can pull in the SCOTUS as well, with Chief Justice Roberts acting as if they are not a political institution when 90% of their rulings fall down political lines,

As for Trump - he can always just go home, and within a few weeks, 90% of Republicans will have forgiven him, and by the mid terms we will be hearing how Trump won that war and got a better deal. Trump isn't doing that though for a number of reasons, from Israel, to ego - to Epstein, to concerns that he will be viewed as weak and eaten by his own party, with that Praying Mantis Tucker Carlson chewing on his entrails.

 

Hegseth // Kegsbreath // Kegseth would decimate Kelly in a bareknuckle fight. As a reminder, little Mark Kelly stands 5'8" short and is 62 years old. And remember that white males who are Democrats are beta and weak both physically and emotionally. Kelly is no exception. On the other hand, Hegseth is physically fit, stands 6' tall and is 45 years old. Hegseth was a decorated infantry officer in the Army. Hegseth would physically dominate little Mark Kelly.

But, sadly, that might be the best course of action. I have no confidence that these guys can meaningfully make things better, and the downside risk is pretty big. I no longer fear uninformed decisions, it's just a given (thus, the big risk). But I still fear irrational ones (and the biggest risk).
