2nd place match complete. Arsenal into the final. They just play such uninspiring, ugly football.

Not good enough today. Could've been our year but somehow the sheiks are always on top of their game in April/May.

Some questionably calls that didn't go your way didn't help. I feel like y'all are better when Kane plays more of a false 9 and comes to get the ball out of the back or from the mids. Seemed like he was playing much higher and they couldn't get him the ball in positions for him to create.

I still think this was the final and PSG are going to handle Arsenal. They will eat Arsenal alive on the wings and in the midfield.

Am pretty much used now to getting screwed by the referee, yesterday was just another chapter. But like I said, not good enough on that night, uninspired and dull play. Think PSG was covering Kane good enough to eliminate the playmaker element out of his game, the keeper intentionally kicked the ball out of bounds in order for the sheiks to press and cover. Musiala in shape would've been a difference maker, but unfortunately he still suffers from the fatal injury -- caused by the then PSG keeper. New nemesis now, I guess.

At least Freiburg will represent Germany in European final. Happy for them, small town club that worked extraordinarily with their limited funds for a decade or so, nearly won the DFB Pokal a couple of years ago, now they reward themselves. Atubolu and Manzambi are huge talents, too bad Freiburg probably won't be able to keep them.

Will actually pull for Freiburg because if Villa win it and stay in 5th, a 6th English team will be in the CL next season and I want nothing but more bad things for Chelsea.

It was a foul but so were like 3 other things in that sequence.

Bundesliga title might be decided for months now, but we have a dramatic relegation battle again with the bottom three Wolfsburg, St. Pauli and Heidenheim all sitting at 26 points - and Wolfsburg/Pauli playing each other on the last matchday, both can't afford a draw because Heidenheim could surpass. Hoping the Volkswagen corporation club will go down.

Didn't work out unfortunately, but the annual beer showers made up for it.

Seriously don't understand Liverpool. They had a club legend ready to take over and form a new dynasty. Instead, they elect to keep their failed coach and watch Alonso sign with a rival. My predictions: Slot will be gone within a year, Chelsea under Alonso will win the Premier League in two or three years.

Idea behind this is of course that he's the one coach that will take absolutely no **** from this dumpster fire of a locker room. Will be an interesting transfer summer because Mourinho wouldn't have signed without guarantees of major roster overhaul.

Next USMNT manager? They won't need him for probably a year or more, so they can have an interim once Poch leaves after the World Cup. If he doesn't become a national team manager, I would love to see him take on an actual challenge. Go take on Real Valladolid or Sassuolo or something like that. Build a team and solidify his status as the best ever.
