[Shams] Mavericks hire Masai Ujiri to succeed Nico Harrison

Super jealous. That guy brought a title, nailed the Barnes pick, nailed the CMB pick, found Paskal and OG late in the first rounds. Got Norm Powell in the 2nd round and looks to have found a gem in the 2nd again with Shead. Found FVV undrafted. I’m sure he’s made some other good moves those are just off the top of my head.

 

Yea, he's one of the better GMs in my lifetime. A lot of other guys get credit when they just happened to get a top pick when an obvious generational talent was available and were able to ride their coattails their whole career. Masai has found good players and built teams from basically nothing.
