[War] Trump surrenders to Iran in a humiliating defeat

This American Life just aired the most heartbreaking episode I've heard yet. They got a bunch of Iranians, of various political positions, to talk candidly about the war. Some love that Trump attacked, others are more in the Islamic regime camp, but they pretty much all align on one thing: it made no sense for Trump/Bibi to (a) start this conflict, and (b) end it without noticeable change in Iran's leadership. Nobody understands this, apparently, in Iran.

 

Nothing about Trump makes sense. He can't even talk to children like a normal adult. You hear the bizarre stuff he says to children at Christmas, Easter, and recently at a gathering of kids about the President's National Fitness Test.

The nutjob started talking in graphic detail about graphic shooting of protesters between the eyes in Iran. At least he left out the part where we bombed a school of little girls when talking about Iran.

Then he repeatedly used his made-up word "mutilization" while discussing transgender healthcare and the "mutilation of children", telling them lies about his election being stolen, the 8 wars he stopped, his Nobel Peace Prize, and other BS as those kids stood there around him. Some of those kids looked really young, and he sat there telling them stories for over an hour that weren't one bit appropriate for children.

What a freaking sicko he is. This was supposed to be about the National Fitness Test. I can't believe this is how the President of the United States always talks to a group of children. Keep Grandpa away from your kids people. Story time with Grandpa isn't what you think it is. No telling what he says to them when nobody is watching. His bedtime stories probably give children nightmares.

 

To normies, behavior like that feels completely unnatural. Talking to kids in that kind of setting with graphic or politically loaded content just isn’t how ordinary adults operate in public spaces. This is just who he is.
