Ten months ago, July 4th weekend, the Astros swept the Dodgers. They were 20 games above .500 and seven games ahead of the Mariners for first place in the division. The Golden Era still felt alive. If things can turn south as quickly as they did after that, maybe they can turn north quickly again.
Hoping to avoid the sweep and the run-diff doesn't suffer too much. Astros went 1-2 with -10 vs NYY Would take that RIGHT NOW.
Yes, he's already played rehab games in the minors. At this point given the epic scrub quality we are currently fielding, even without rehab he would be a better option.
Very interesting to me that they’re bringing up Cole over Dezenzo. I really hope Dezenzo gets a real opportunity at some point this season. He’s a forgotten man but I think he could be a good player.
I'm surprised astros trotting cole out there already Harris was finding his groove but he's been playing a lot so understandable. Cole gets his 2026 debut before dezenzo, funny af lol.
