Many are spiraling because they dont think this team will ever win a championship with CJ at QB.

They didn't advance any further in the playoffs than they have since their inception.

I guess mediocrity is good enough for some.

 

It was the crowning of a dawn of a new era. Its time brothers, this is our ****ing year!

 

What makes you think this yr will be any different than any other?

CJ will fold against top playoff defenses this yr.

This yr is a lost yr.

 

I'm so glad the draft is over so now the usuals can continue with their repetitive CJ takes in every single thread.

 

CJ been building his body up, he's building up not to take punishment but to deliver. He's heard the 'weak link' talk, he knows he ****ed up and he will rectify himself with this season. He cut the hair, got the tats, stayed in the gym, transformation. This team is going to **** **** up this season, its all there and it will all fall into place. Last year when we were 0-3, someone asked me, do I think they're going to bottom out, and I said no they are going to win 11 games and make the playoffs, they won 12 games and made the playoffs. Now they've plugged holes, rebooted, retooled. Like last season, even in the midst of an 0-3 start I choose to be delusional, fandom is so much more fun this way

 

I hope you're right and I wish I could fandom like you do.

in fairness, that is by far the biggest question mark the team has going into next season.

Mediocrity is OUT OF THE PLAYOFFS. We not only got in but won a playoff game for the third straight season. We all want them to go further, but the reality is we are a perennial playoff team.

 

Faster start and get a top 2 seed in the conference need to be to the Goal having the first 2 at Reliant or even a bye would be huge.

 

i want cj to come out like a raging bull. but as we know, errbody got a plan until they get punched in the mouth...

 

O line and running game which is all you need to win it all with the defense like ours… that got better

 

LOL, I guess you aren't aware Mike Florio and Chris Simms have done anything but "squash the story" and continue to talk about it (what seems like) daily on PFT. I don't think any show has talked about the Vrabel/Russini story more than PFT.

 

I don't, I leave the Entertainment Tonight stuff for my wife. But if the drama screws with the Pats season then I won't mind that.
