Objectively, Jalen did not play better than Booker. At least on offense Booker: 21.3 / 4.3 / 4.8, on 46/25 % Jalen: 21.8 / 5.3/ 3.5, but on 38/20 %. Ouch That said, I credit Jalen for finally playing "Kobe way", by jacking up crazy many shot attempts the most of anyone. You can't say he "shied away" from trying like last year. At least be took on the lead dog role and went down gunning. All in all, even with injury time missed & up & down play, I call it a half step up from last year. Jalen Green is never going to be a consistent player......expected some knowledge and 'I have seen that' type epiphany. Yeah he will look like a star shooting 15 Threes per game in a month ......but that is fading.......that is not going to change over time.
