ClutchFans Game Thread: Lakers @ Rockets 5/1/2026 (Playoffs Round 1, Game 6)

I agree there’s to be better, but I hear Lakers fans talking as if we played some great game and they barely lost. Amen had a horrible game, Sengun barely scored (granted he was doubled a lot) Reed didn’t shoot well (made clutch plays at the end). 3 guys we needed to step up didn’t have good games and we still won.

Main thing is keeping the same energy on defense, and try to get quick baskets. I usually hate the quick jack up shots, but it’s better than dribbling the shot clock out waiting till 5 seconds left to set a screen.

 

Wolves is a 6th seed, who beat the 3rd seed Nuggets. A 5th seed Rockets vs a 4th seed Lakers, media can count us out, but it's not that lopsided.

'winner' gets the pleasure of getting humiliated on national TV by the Thunder.

 

I’m so ****ing tired man. You hit forty and the week just starts beating the dogshit out of you. Fighting for my life right now.

We need all the fans we can get. That was not playoff atmosphere our last two games at home, granted it was down 0-3 and 1-3.

Hopefully tonight fans realize how big this could actually be. I would give anything for a loud stadium. Wish I could be there, but I live in Georgia

I was at game 3, and it was bad…really bad

swear like the last 5 games I’ve gone to this season, the team embarrassed themselves…worried I’ll show up and they’ll pull a Hawks game 6 and then I lose my mind and have to get escorted out by security

 

As I mentioned I live in Georgia So I have no clue what the reason is, have they raised ticket prices that much to keep fans from coming? Or is there just not as much interest?
