Colin Cowherd: Rockets have taken control of the series after being down 3-0!

Talking heads are talking.

 

Until we win game 6, there is no way we should be considered “in control of the series”. We have momentum but not control of the series.

 

Which usually means we're doomed or they just want clicks.

 

Both.

 

Rockets are one loss away from going fishing.

I hope they can pull it out, but they wont have control of the series until its over and they win. Right now the Lakers still have control. We have some momentum.

 

Too hot to handle, too cold to hold, they're called

THE GHOSTBUSTERS

and THEY are in control.

 

Rockets are officially screwed if this clown is backing them.

 

Are all these talking personalities attempting to will the Lakers to victory by pretending to be leaning in the rockets favor?

 

I don't think he's watched many Rockets games this season. He puts us in the same tier as OKC and San Antonio in terms of drafting well and getting better quickly.

And look, maybe our young players will all pan out and at least a couple of them turn into stars, but the jury is still out on that. I like what I'm seeing over the past couple games, but they're still offensively challenged(this is partly on Ime) and every member of our young core has deficiencies in their game.

 

The only person I trust actually believes the Rockets are winning is Barkley. Cowherd likes to be the contrarian and prefers to miss on a long shot then hit the layup. Also, he is the type to push this take to bolster LeBron's GOAT case.

 

Barkley is always wrong. Anytime he says I “guarantee “ so and so is winning or losing the opposite happens. He guaranteed rockets would get swept after it was 3-0 lakers.

 

Cowdung and Barkley are just blowhard publicity hounds. Don’t blame them though, they’re both making millions being clowns.

 

I wouldn't say they're the same. Barkley is just being himself. Himself happens to be one of the most charismatic and opinionated athletes ever. Cowherd is calculating and an egomaniac.

 

Even if every last one of them became All-Stars, there isn't a SGA or Wenbanyama among them. Putting us in that same tier is crazy. The ping pong balls just didn't bounce like that for us.
