    when I'm in town, i always visit Monorail Espresso. the baristas may all have nose rings and purple hair, but the espresso is on point.

    based on this outstanding earnings performance, placed an order for a 30-point Bullish PUT spread on SBUX, currently trading ~ 105

    the bet is for SBUX to trade above 120 by july 17---collecting a $16.15 premium in advance----which defines my max risk of $14.85


    SBUX stock price is breaking out, but i still don't like the over-priced / over-hyped coffee

    was in Seattle this week (heartily recommend the bar at the Westin), streets are busy, but downtown storefronts are virtually empty. Nordstrom is still there, but so many bars, restaurants, and other shops are just closed up.

    was hoping to dine at Bourbon Steak, but Michael Mina said "bye, breh."

    Seattle has been in a steep decline since covid. So many office builds are ghost towns.
    However across the lake , Redmond is doing well. Its clean and safe.
    One of these cities is very liberal. The other is ran by marxist.
