Perk says game 5 must win for Lakers- see Rockets possibly winning in 7

God I hope not. I dont wanna see this team against the Thunder.

 

Everybody knows the Rockets could easily win 4 in a row against this Lakers team if they just run plays and stay committed to actually playing basketball, BUT having proven they are not that team, it’s unlikely they can commit to that mindset and focus every time down the court. Old habits likely bury them.

This guy said it was over after game 2. Why on earth would anyone listen to this freaking moron.

 

The reason the Lakers need to win Game 5 is because after that, the series shifts to playing every other day. Plus the teams have to fly back and forth to different cities for each successive game. That's gonna take a toll on 41 year old LeBron. Some folks were speculating(and I think they're right) that he sucked in Game 4 because it was the first time in the series he'd only had one day off before playing again(plus the previous game had gone to OT). Meanwhile the Rockets being a young team won't be phased hardly at all having to play every other day.

 

He gets paid for saying **** like this.

Not sure he was right though - the way our Rockets collapse this season the most likely outcome for this series is Houston leading by 40 entering the 4th Q of game 7, and then losing.
