NYT: The Trump admin is pushing the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to pursue discrimination cases for white men even with little evidence, with staff struggling to find complaints with merit yet pressured to keep cases open.

Who needs cheap wind or solar energy? ... checking last electricity bill ... @No Worries does.

Seriously with endless AI data centers on our economic horizons and with a surge in the costs of oil and byproducts, we need as much energy as as we can get, the cheaper the better.

Who does not understand this? Donald ****-For-Brains Trump.

By around 2030, the cost of building green energy generation facilities will be cheaper than traditional fossil fuels. The "green fuel" is already free, and the cost of manufacturing solar panels and battery storage is rapidly decreasing. Wind is likely on the same path.

MAGA is actively sabotaging our future.

Without the Convicted Felon Trump putting his mug shot face on our passports, how would we be able to remember the most unpopular President ever?

Extremely normal and well-adjusted behavior that's in line with our historic traditions. Another win for conservatives!

I thought Obama's preoccupation with leaving a legacy was a little offputting. Sometimes it felt like he was trying to be president to the people of the future instead of the people here now. But Trump's fixation on his legacy is a whole other level. And has no class. He's not the president of the future or the present. He just wants to litter his presence or likeness everywhere to make it as hard as possible to clean up.

Nobody can say our President isn't on top of things.

Q: In light of the SCOTUS ruling on the Voting Rights Act, do you want Republican states to look at redrawing congressional districts before the midterms?

TRUMP: When did it come out? I've been with contractors because we're trying to get the ballroom built ahead of schedule. Tell me what happened.

Federal Advisory Committees are often a requirement under law. This chart only looks at four departments/agencies, but just about every agency has an advisory committee or even several. The members are often prescribed by legislation so that you get representation across the breadth of an agencies' mission. For example, a public lands advisory committee might require a member from the timber industry, mining industry, recreation industry, a small acreage owner, a community rep, a youth employer, state government, tribal rep, etc. It's one of the ways agencies are accountable to the people they serve. These committees have been illegally wiped out across the federal government.
