I completely agree with the Durant thing, the amount of times Amen had to give up the ball to Durant instead of doing what he does best and that is attack his man and try to get to the paint has cost Amen a lot of development.

Dude, are you serious? I can’t imagine how anyone can watch this series and compare Amen and Green.

He has an extremely simplistic understanding of the game and legitimately doesn’t seem to grasp why Amen is so good and what makes him special.

The only stats he respects are PPG and 3pt%.

The proof is in the pudding. You have been spamming this thread with your failure to grasp why Amen is so good for weeks now.

In a league where the likes OG Anunoby, Evan Mobley, Jaren Jackson Jr, Mikal Bridges, Scottie Barnes, Andrew Wiggins, and Jalen Suggs are all getting paid in excess of $30M next season, I think you might be undervaluing two-way players a little bit relative to what NBA front offices seem to think.

Honestly don't know how anyone can watch these playoffs and not come away thinking he's our most promising prospect. Still major flaws to fix, but easily our most well rounded player. Floor is Shawn Marion.

Aren't you one of those idiots who doesn't understand that most of your "metrics" are biased estimates? You really can't talk down on anybody lmao. Once again, show me in verifiable statistics what he's elite at? I'll wait.

    Amen Thompson in this series:

20.5/6.7/6.8 on 53% from the field 74% from the line 2 steals per game while being our most important player defensively.

What's even more impressive is that he's doing it all without a point guard, and he's the player on our roster that would benefit most from having a competent point guard, with all the cutting he does in the dunkers spot.

Theoretically, him and Reed should be a dynamic duo. They accent each other perfectly. If Reed can become the sniper we hope and Amen can get a serviceable jump shot, everything else will work itself out.

Man I’m glad he can shoot a tad better than his brother - specially FTs but they both are space killers …his brother is just lucky that Duran plays above the rim
