Terrible series but happy to avoid the sweep. There's real value in that because records get ugly quick with sweeps.... see Astros record. Spencer took down some good competition today and only one walk. He's been a huge lift for a struggling staff.

 

Spencer is the only healthy and effective SP we have right now.

 

Burrows is on the cusp and I would say Imai could turn on at any point, because they both have shown the stuff to succeed, their issues are mental. Lambert is healthy and effective but unestablished; you could probably say the same thing about Arrighetti.
