Udoka post game- “these guys are scared of the moment “

These narratives are tired and just wrong. You have to be a dumbass to believe that if Reddick and Udoka swapped teams that Reddick would've coached the Rockets to a victory. A lot of people coming for Udoka's neck praised him just a year ago and thought the KD trade was brilliant, but smart people knew that KD carried a huge risk. How quickly people turn.

 

I'm so scared this is going to happen but unfortunately it is way closer to the truth than getting rid of Ime/KD. Those two are definitely on the same page, and all Feritta sees is "KD is a star and wants another star, so lets bring them in" not realizing he is assembling the geriatric squad. This isnt 2018.

I used to be high on Udoka but now I am fine with him gone. You can’t be completely garbage on offense.

 

You have to be a dumbass to believe the rockets have one of the worst clutch records and OT records since Udoka has been here and are down 0-3 to a team down it’s 2 best players and think it has nothing to do with Udoka

if this team had the 16’ warriors roster I doubt he could coach them past a round. He coached a team that lost to the 7th seed just last year if you forgot. They had FVV then too and has the same issues.You would probably be saying it’s a roster problem then as well

 

This roster is immensely flawed, I don't think anybody who pays attention should say otherwise.

However Udokas "scheme" never does anything to make life easier for players or take advantage of things they are good at offensively. He just calls players little b****es and that they need to play harder, something that will inevitably get tuned out and probably did months ago.

The fact that running a double team at KD is so f**king easy, and we have no plan or counter for it is nauseating and a microcosm of our nonexistent offense...just try to grab the offensive rebound and score on volume.

 

I posted in October the extension was bad and said Udoka would run this team into the ground and was ridiculed and was told Ime had a VISION

It’s classic Rockets since Hakeem retired:
We are cursed.
Blessed with Yao Ming and t-Mac: neither stayed healthy especially together
Blessed with harden: GM couldn’t get pure shooters to surround him and the year they could have won it all CP3 gets hurt right when they could finally eliminate the super warriors
Young core era: KD quits and our coach is inept at running any semblance of an offense and are losing to a 41 year old (albeit a goat) but his supporting cast is awful except look like the super warriors vs us.

 

He’s starting to sound like Dana Holgorson during his UH tenure. At some point people realize YOU are the problem.

we are in the post season and have coached 2 whole seasons and YOU UDOKA still have not told Jabari to never ever under any circumstances be the guy who brings the ball up. I’ve seen Bari do this like 5+ times this season.
