    Weakens their defense... more R33d?

Capela's man will also drop into the paint. So even with initial separation there will be at least two defenders in the paint to greet Amen. We've already seen this before when Clint was much younger. With Harden, he was one of the league's elite lob threats because defenders simply could not go under the screen. With Westbrook the PNR was not viable with Clint because defenses just packed the paint.

And teams will give Amen an open three all day. Westbrook shot 26% from deep with us in the regular season. In the playoffs the Lakers left him wide open every game and he still shot 26%. There was zero improvement despite the open looks. And Westbrook was a much better shooter than Amen at that time.

If our playoff hopes hinge on DFS contributing anything, we’re for sure cooked

Rockets will pay all their attention to Smart and Kennard, which will allow this to be the Rui Hachimura and Jared Vanderbuilt game, as those 2 will combine for 40 in a Lakers win.

Watching the Hawks beat NY two games in a row. Playing swarming team defense without a real center.

Win or lose, play with heart mfers. Don't make Kennard the second coming of Larry Bird.

The Rockets have 49 years of mostly playoff underachieving, get scr*wed by injury luck, drug/off court issues, fights ruining HoF careers, poor match ups, etc. They got lucky in '94 that the Sonics got knocked out by an 8th seed, and then magically became a non-Houston team in 1995 with one of the most magical runs in NBA history.

If anything, this core's example is par for the course.

I was literally voted Most Optimistic my senior year of high school so I guess my response is: “that’s one way to look at it.”

You really want to swarm with Holiday, Tate, Davison, Sheppard?

Great, i want them to pack the paint. Makes the read easier for an open 3.

So I'm excited about Jaxon Hayes and Ayton trying to stop Amen on a drive.

    Not sure why you aren't...

I'm amused by your claim that there's no impact on shooting success by how open you are...
