Ah, now I see it. Thanks!

Very well-written and insightful article. He definitely has his pulse on the Texans. Let's hope that Arizona goes along with the plan! Thank you so much for sharing!

What are the few names we keep hearing the most with the Texans first round pick? I can't keep up with all these names haha.

For trade ups, I like the following two players in this years draft. For clarification the Texans see Keldric Faulk as a DT. Faulk has the same frame as Arik Armstead and Deforest Buckner and will be asked to gain about ten pounds. On run downs he would play on the Edge and on obvious passing plays he would play inside.

    Blake Miller Clemson OT
    Keldric Faulk Auburn DT3

For picks 28 and 38, I would expect heavy interest in the following players.

    Emmanuel McNeil-Warren Toledo Safety
    Colton Hood Tennessee CB
Chris Johnson San Diego State CB
    Malachi Lawrence UCF EDGE
    Akheem Mesidor Miami (FL) EDGE
    Gabe Jacas Illinois EDGE
    T.J. Parker Clemson EDGE
    Kayden McDonald Ohio State DT1
    Peter Woods Clemson DT3
    C.J. Allen Georgia LB
    Jacob Rodriguez Texas Tech LB
    Anthony Hill Jr. Texas LB
    Chase Bisontis Texas A&M OG
    Keylan Rutledge Georgia Tech OG
    Jadarian Price Notre Dame RB

Kayden McDonald. Blake Miller. Christen Miller. I think McDonald will be gone and that we will try to trade down.

I would LOVE to be able to trade down with Arizona like this and then be able to get another high-round pick.

Wouldn't mind if they drafted Denzel Boston at 28 if he falls to us.

Banks is a HUGE gamble with an enormous payout if it hits. His name "Banks" is very fitting. I'd be willing to use our third-round pick on him. I would think that teams with lots of draft capital will be the most likely to roll the dice on him.

Thinking about Wyatt Teller (who had 30 bench press reps) and the Texans interest and follow to sign him. I asked a question regarding this year's draft prospects that are on the OL and here is the answer:

Here are the offensive linemen at the 2026 NFL Scouting Combine who recorded 30 or more bench press reps of 225 lbs:
Total: 3 offensive linemen met or exceeded 30 reps.

The Texans have had Top 30 meetings with all of them. hmmm.
