Fire both Stone and Udoka at this point. Trade Sengun, KD, and FVV to Philly for Embiid and Paul George and whatever we can get from them in exchange for taking back their bad money, ideally Edgecombe and a pick or two, but just as many draft picks as we can get if that's a hard no. Buy out Embiid and PG. Rebuild using our existing draft capital plus whatever we got from Philly with the aim of contending again under new management when the bad contracts are off the books.
