Yea, I agree all this outrage at Kerr is hilarious when you look at what Udoka has done. Kerr's father was killed in the Middle East when he was in college by extremists. He is the way he is politically because of what happened. And since I am not MAGA and never will be, I like the fact that he has courage (like Popovich) to speak out on what is going wrong in this country. However, with all that being said, there is zero chance that he would coach anywhere else other than GS.
It's almost as bad as those sickos who wanted us to pursue Steph as a Rocket. Thankfully I've not seen anybody stoop so low as to advocate in favour of Donkey. You can tell these SOF's aren't Rockets fans so badly with threads like this one.
There’s levels of this stuff for me. If draymond was on the rockets I would actively root against the rockets. With kerr/steph i would just pause my fandom till they were gone, but i would definitely not want a title with them.
Can't have Kerr here out of principle. Spoiler He names his son Nick, and did not have the word pass.
Lol @ "truly one of the most awful people" cuz he doesn't share your political beliefs. You sound like a snowflake bish Klay developed strictly in his system
What makes Kerr an awful human being? Did he murder someone? Is he a pedophile? I think he's overrated as a coach but claiming he's an awful human is hilarious
What makes him "one of the worst people" in the NBA? Quit deflecting. Is he a convicted felon? Murderer? Rapist? Pedophile?
Blah blah. You're a snowflake. The only troll is you calling him "one of the worst people" when we have actual criminals in the NBA who have assaulted others
I don't think he's a horrible person. I just can't stand him and think he comes off as an arrogant prick in the media. And his total lack of awareness for how Draymond has played his entire career under his watch does make him culpable for enabling the behavior. Wildly, I didn't know about his connection to the American University bombing until maybe 6-7 years ago. Surprising considering I had hoped to go to AU Beirut from a young age and grew up watching Kerr on the Bulls and Spurs.
Crazy that someone who has praised and supported draymond has so many fans around here, but then again there are people here who would happily root for draymond himself.
