I honestly might trust KD more to stay healthy and productive in the playoffs at this point than Giannis. That's how bad his injury history has been lately. For me I'm not giving up anything more than the package we gave up for KD. So the max would be like a big platter of salary filler centered on FVV/Adams plus like one decent first round pick.
The problem is that you'll also get 60 games and 32 minutes per game from KD next year and if you don't win it, your chances of even getting past the first round will be minuscule in 2028. Personally, id rather have a competitive team for five years than a one year contender.
