I firmly believe the fundamental flaw with this team isn't coaching. It's that we tanked for 3 years and failed to draft a franchise player.

 

This is also my issue with UH's offense. Just so much one-on-one and it isn't enough to win it all. They have great defense but not enough on offense. But yeah, this Rocket's 'playground' offense that Barkley ridiculed, is just horrible

 

Nothing I've seen this entire game leads me to believe Houston will have a 4th quarter comeback. Yet here I am...

Well he is an all star so that should be the expectation but he is far from that. I don't think he actually fits Ime's system if he has any system at all

It's beyond me how real people watch this team for a full season and still blame the players. It's Ime and poor roster construction.

 

Stats wont jump off the page but I love the way Amen has played today.

feels like such a waste that we have built the worst possible team around him with the worst possible coaching staff.

i hope we resign him to a non-max contract and move on from Sengun this offseason.

Ime Udoka wants to play slow and clog the lane, brick threes.

Honestly the way Sengun has been playing is in large part Ime’s own undoing. Has not the slightest clue how to take advantage of him.

 

At least he got the call.

What I hate is that it does affect the game, if they had been calling these fouls, their bigs would be in foul trouble, they would play softer defense, thus making it easier to attack and score in the paint.

I mean Shaq and Giannis affect games just by getting fouls, every great player that scores down low does that, but it only works if the refs actually fairly officiate the game instead they decide they were going to screw a player and let him get grabbed and smacked on his drives all the time.

 

Not asking for 15 superstars, just no more than one putrid outside shooter. It’d be different if they were at least midrange players like DeRozan. But hey, maybe it will be addressed in the off season.

 

How much money is 2 points in a playoff game Tari going to get in the offseason:?

 

Don’t blame the refs…this team ****in sucks.

I hope we get swept and just end this miserable ****in season of pathetic brand of basketball.

 

Tari's regression this year has played a huge part in what this team looks like. Basically a zero this year.
