Kerr is a hypocritical lying piece of s*** and is a pretty terrible coach and human being at that. The smugness from him along with encouraging dirty play from his players while complaining to the league about some non-existent bro code when they get their ass handed to them? Yea, wish MJ punched the living s*** out of Kerr back in the day more than that one time. On actual basketball side of things, name one draft pick (he's had a lot of lottery picks drafted under his tenure) that has actually developed into a serviceable NBA player? And we complain about our coaches not developing young talent - this idiot actually gets the players out of the league because of how poorly they develop even during non-competitive losing seasons.
Good example. He could quit the Warriors, do ESPN for a year to two, and if the Spurs haven't won a chip by then, he would make himself available.
I really don't think Kerr advocating for his team and players makes him a 'horrible person' or the fact that he has political opinions and gets on his soapbox...yall get waaaay to personal about this lol. Ime also does the same thing, other fans mock and insult Ime and say the same things, and the dude actually did something morally wrong by cheating on his wife with an employee. Also this "He's not a good coach" Meanwhile half of yall say Ime is our Mark Jackson...and who came after Mark Jackson? Kerr isn't a good coach? What was Curry and Draymond and Klay doing before he arrived? Can some of you tell me that? He built an offense AROUND his star player, Draymond and Klay existed to boost Curry and its won them championships. That's what a coach SHOULD do, build around their player, not just run some system that can't be changed and forces your best players to do things they are average at best at doing. What is funnier to me...is we literally have Reed right there, a player whose strengths and weaknesses are super similar to Curry lol. Now I'm not expecting to get Kerr but he's a clear VAST improvement over Ime, proven by how much trouble we've had with that team even when they've had star players out.
I hope Kerr, Curry and Green all disappear from the NBA scene soon. Green will end up in prison in the next 5 years for murder. It shouldn't be of any surprise to anyone when it happens.
IF he ran the circus? Dude had a full on 3 ring carnival going here with a narcissistic clown as his main attraction... lol
I think Kerr is probably looking for a break. 4 rings is 4 rings, so any team looking for a new coach would have to be interested. I just don't think the Rockets are moving on from Ime at this point. The politics of opposing fascism.
Draymond seems to be a normal person off the court. The NBA is a stage for many guys. They play out their persona on the court. Some guys act big and tough during games, flexing and mean mugging, but not really about anything (KAT) while others appear docile and calm on the court but will knock a fool out if tested (Jokic, our own Amen, Ariza) it's all a act for some guys. Bruce Bowen was also a major POS on the court dirty player but a model citizen outside of it...while Artest was crazy on the court and off of it... Draymond does have a misdemeanor for assault, but it was a fight with another dude that came with a $500 fine so probably nothing, so I don't know about him being capable of murder. By all accounts he seems to be a normal and affable guy when he doesn't have that jersey on.
With the way he punched Jordan Poole at that practice, he is fortunate he didn't kill him. That was one of the most violent attacks I've ever seen with real footage. The guy is a few tequila shots in a bar and an agitated nba fan away from homicide. He's demented. My wife sat and watched the end of that game with me and we both saw the way his face changed when he was kicked out last night as he was taunting the fans. We both think the guy is possessed and I'm not saying that as hyperbole. He has no self control. Something else is driving him.
He's a "system" coach that, like D'Antoni, can only be successful with a team tailor made for his system Anchored by an all time great. Last night the Suns threw out lineups with 5 guards and Kerr had his 2 centers spacing the floor for De'Anthony Melton. He could not figure out how to position his centers to score on the Suns' lack of size. His brain would melt trying to build an offense around Sengun/Amen. He couldn't even figure out how to use Jayson Tatum in the olympics. It's easy to look like a great coach when you have the best shooter in the history of the sport throughout his healthy prime years (and arguably the 2nd best in that same period).
