i guess that TD that Sting gave up to boutte cost him in perception. While, Lassiter is my favorite Texan, Sting should be on this list too. I've looked at it nine times while standing on my head and still can't find his name on the list. If it's there, I blame old age.

PFF had Stingley ranked in the 40s for CBs the whole season. It's a junk ranking and should be taken with a grain of salt

    My guess? 4 years, $188M ($142M gtd,, $80M SB)
    Year 1: $35M = $15M base (gtd) + $20M SB
    Year 2: $45M = $25M base (gtd) + $20M SB
    Year 3: $58M = $38M base ($22M gtd on 1st day of season) + $20M SB
    Year 4: $50M = $30M base + $20M SB

Only reason it's not fully guaranteed is b/c of lessons learned from RubBumTugger (AKA DW4)

Was it? Also there’s incentives , terms, and specific language that these contracts hold. Not as cut and dry as “I want this. Pay me.”

The no-trade clause is probably a bigger feather in the agent's cap. I feel like you don't see those as often in the NFL (might be wrong).

I don't think a no trade clause was difficult. The guaranteed money probably was the hardest part being it's the NFL and you can't predict injuries. She seems like she did a great job for both sides.

Not GUILTY.......oh wait, wrong thread :D She is one hell of a negotiator, the no trade clause was a cherry on top. I am proud to have a man like WAJ as a pillar of this franchise but dam it just hits different when a guy gets paid $50 million a year, I now expect greatness. I am leaning on taking a DT in the draft at #1, let's make this D nasty and go all in
