Consecutive losses after consecutive wins.... after eight consecutive losses. Continued lack of progress makes a crappy week extend into a month. Astros are fortunate nobody AL is ballin yet. They are unfortunate Abreu likely needs 60-day (minimum) to fix whatever is wrong. Even worse, he might be healthy before Hader. ___ Runs scored last 6 games: 1, 2, 7, 3, 2, 4 Offense has some suckplaining to do. We must do better RISP. Correa and Paredes are the main culprits. Carlos leads the league in ABs wRISP, yet only 9 RBIs. Paredes OBP is 60 points higher than his SLG. Utter suckage on both counts. Diaz..... his name is spelled Vasquez. Stay tuned for how much Espada force feads us "Allen swings"....
watching the mariners vs rangers idk who's worse astros or the mariners. i guess astros because astros did lose to the mariners lol
Espada still sucks, not that he's even our biggest problem. Abreu has to be shut down. I don't know if he's hiding an injury, just needs a mental reset or what, but he's completely non competitive. Starting pitching still trash, whatever magic pixie dust to turn scrubs into dudes we've had is gone and that was the last great skill the organization had.
This explains why paredes was PH for. But both he and loperfido with issues. May be time to call up DeZenzo?
At this point you just have to laugh at how ridiculous the injuries have been again. It’s ****ing mid April and we are already starting random scrubs I’ve never heard of like Lambert. Meanwhile, Nick Allen is getting playing time after we argued all off-season about having “too many infielders”. Our three best bullpen arms from last year are all either on the IL or should be on the IL.
Thank God we replaced the trainers and doctors because that was obviously the cause of last year's injury bug
Watch them both wind up on the IL. Too many injuries for any consistency. They’ll be lucky to win 81 games.
