Paolo is Sengun. Inefficient tweener that isn't good enough to justify his usage and place on the court. Paolo is probably a *little* bit better in that he plays power forward so he's not hemorrhaging points at the rim. Sengun is more talented on offense though.
The bad shot selection (his mid ranges and iso from top of key), if I'm not mistaken, was reduced post all star break. But that push and pull is of what Paolo wants vs what coach Mosley wants. This new rumor of demanding a trade unless a head coach change is not a good look. None of our guys: Jabari, Sengun, or Reed are doing that to Ime. Closest was maybe Whitmore and he was dealt. Jamahl has to go, but decision should be coming from their GM.
Pablo will not be easy for them to trade. His contract is like a poison pill. I think they are stuck with him another year. Maybe the new coach will get the best out of him.
I was so bummed out when Orlando drafted him. I thought for sure he was going to be a superstar lol. Banchero really is the Carmelo Anthony of Michael Beasleys.
It is a mixture of both, hitting a wall somehow and Jamahl Mosley not bringing out Offense and helping Banchero the way the needs. Chet is also not a Number 1 option, this draft class might not be about Number 1 options, it happens. You would need a great guy in tight spaces to get the Numero Dos going....
Does he want to be traded? Get him here, ime will turn him into a superstar that everyone thought he was lmfao
This was why I wanted Jabari. I did not believe in Banchero as a true number one for a championship team. In my mind he was Similar to Green, and a even worse version of Carmelo (And I was not a fan of Carmelo). I always prefer the player that could be a great role player over a number 1 option that is not elite.
