I wouldn’t pick them to win but Blazers could make it a series and match the speed. Good depth, they’ve been cooking while Phx has been falling off.
Deni with the punchable face again. Seemed to be acting as if he's entitled elbow Dillon in the face. Really don't like that guy
He's a good player but watching Avdija contort his face & scream for calls is not good or fun in any way
runied his career ngl. I always wonder if Jalen just put down regular dunks how the tragectory of his career would play out.
1/2 seed really have to prepare for a combination of 4 teams. the play in games really reduce the prep times for their playoff opponent.
I was just talking to someone about him. DB was "the man" at Oregon his final two years and he crashed and burned during March Madness. He did the same against the Warriors last year. It's a part of who he is.
the dunk contest proved that Jalen doesn't have that "it" factor that is required to be a superstar in this league. Look at Kobe, T-Mac, Vince, Jordan, etc. The common trend is that they performed well in the dunk contest when the spotlight is all on them. It takes composure to execute on the big stage. Jalen didn't have it.
Sensational pass to Dunn on that break. Could have easily been an And 1. Looks like they don't save all the assholes for Rockets refereering
This is ridiculous and the primary reason good players don’t participate anymore. cause they’ll lose credibility and cool points among fans and fellow players if they lose to a scrub
the fact that Jalen wanted to be in the contest back when he was considered to be up and coming is it enough for me. Stars now don't even want to be in it to see if they have it. Jalen had the mentality before Silas took his confidence away.
first play off series against the freaking warriors. If the rockets got passed the warriors and played the wolves next round, jalen would have shown he was on the right level of play.
He gave us one spectacular playoff game last year too... while i'm glad he's performing well tonight, he still hasnt shown that he can do this on a consistent basis
