Not Reed. Sorry CF, we need Josh to start to guard Kennard.

Amen, Tari, Durant, Jabari, Sengun. With an outside chance that Josh starts (my preference) in place of Tari. We really need Reed and Tari off the bench. Both are just after thoughts with the starting unit and the Reed, Sengun defense is a problem vs virtually any team.

Amen, Bari, Sengun, KD, and most likely Tari. Maybe Okogie. Reed coming off the bench.

    Basically, the Ime comfort lineup.

Capella has proven last game he's better than Sengun. He should start. And KD off the bench would be crazy good. We'd have the best bench scoring in the playoffs. :)

I'm expecting Amen, Okogie, JSJ, Durant, and Sengun. I'd prefer Tari over Okogie as I don't want to give the Lakers places to hide defenders and less chance to sag off guys.

“The Rockets were outscored by 29 points (21.9 per 100 possessions) in Sheppard’s 78 minutes on the floor against the Lakers this season. Sheppard shot just 5-for-18 (28%) from 3-point range over the three games, and the Rockets’ numbers were bad on both ends of the floor in those 78 minutes.”

I'd say there is about a ~ 40% chance Okogie hits his open shots at a decent clip in any given game. If he starts they will lean into the mintues a bit more. If not Tari would come in quickly and then with hope that he hits his shots.

I would guess this the lineup as well. Capela just hit his first 3 pointer. Which would make that 4 shooters around Amen in the dunking spot.

I’d probably start with Okogie on Lebron game 1 with Tari and Reed getting settled in off the bench. Closers TBD depending on who has it going.

can change starting lineup throughout series if something else makes sense.

This is a great question for a poll... Sheppard, Tari, or Okogie... I think Okogie or Tari will start the first couple of games and then I think the coaching staff may adjust.

This may seem ludicrous, but I would start DFS or Tate so we can switch on every pick-n'roll...This would prevent LeBron trying to get the switch he wants and limit it to only Sengun being hunted on defense.
We need Reed and Tari for bench production and it mostly matters who finishes the game.
Give DFS an opportunity to get in rhythm and if he continues to struggle early on, bring Okogie in...I think LeBron would love a matchup against Okogie.

The same five that started the last game. They blew out the Grizzlies and it keeps our best players fresh for the second series with OKC. Plus, Clint's three-point shooting opens up the floor for everyone.
