Denver already said that they are resting a couple players next game. They are 100% going to get waxed in San Antonio. Lakers will win by 30 at home against the Jazz who are going for draft position. On the road at Denver, fitting end to this awful season.

Yea it's a bummer if it inevitably goes that like that, which it seems like it may. I was hoping for the young guys to get at least 2 rounds of playoff experience this time and we can see more of how they respond in different scenarios. Denver in first round would/will be hard to overcome.
LA may want to lose as well to face Houston over Minny If LA loses that Denver game doesn't matter. LA controls their first round matchup as much as they do. If they think they can beat us more than Minny, makes sense to tank and then beat us in R1 and Luka comes back R2
If I were the Lakers with our Possibly Luka and Reeves i would be trying to play against the Rockets. And go in to the second round with a healthier roster. So hopefully we still play the Lakers.
Its not so much the Lakers team as it is the league/refs helping them. No way the Lakers can be so high in seeding with the defense of LeBron. Austin Reaves and Doncic for most of the season. Same with Denver and Jokic missing so much time and still a top 4 seed. Very suspect.
It’s not Lakers team to be worried about beating the Rockets… It’s the Rockets team you should be worried about beating the Rockets .
If we dont sweep this lakers team then this team just aint good at all. Lakers without Luka and Reaves isnt even a play-in team. They are by far the worst team in the playoffs… hell id be scared more scared of any playin team than the lakers as is.
The Lakers was the best case scenario. What I am worried about is Ime. If we get Euro League Sengun we might have a chance.
