They’ll have to out tank the Jazz, who currently has the same record as the Kings. Kings are almost guaranteed to lose to the Blazers. The Blazers are tied with the Clippers and need the win to keep the 8th spot because Clippers are likely winning against Warriors. The Warriors are locked in at 10th and will rest everyone. Making the last game an important tanking game for the Jazz.
Denver will beat the Spurs anyhow. San Antonio will rest their players too most likely. Just like last night Okc vs Den

It's weird that the Nuggets would be apathetic enough to not try to win Sunday but the Lakers seem like they aren't doing the same with a 41 year old star who could use the rest. If we're the easier matchup the Lakers should be more focused about trying to manipulate seeding in the first round to buy time for Luka and Reaves to come back. I kind of like this from a motivational stand point honestly. That should fire these guys up to play Denver.
If you are the Spurs trying to maximize odds it's better to win Sunday and send Denver to the other side of the bracket.
