Yo, you never got bucked? I've never heard of most of these, which is why I found it funny. I think a lot of slang back in the day before social media was regional. If it didn't make it into movies, music or Yo MTV Raps, we had no clue what it was. I still say that I 'MacGuyvered' things when I rig them, though.
Bucked? No. "Buck wild"? Sure. lol. I've heard of "MacGuyvered" as in a verb, but never "MacGuyver" as a noun like that guy used it. The only two in there I was certain of hearing were "Yo" and "Peace". But "norville"? "Black and Decker"? Wth?
It was a wonderful time - people smoked and drank and drove home drunk and most of us were okay. If a girl smoked in your bed, you just laid enough pipe to link the English Channel and the Hudson Harbor. Men mowed the lawn and knew how to work on cars and do basic repairs. If they didn't, they learned. Women could actually cook well and both men and women were more resilient.
