Yeah I think that’s why I’ve never really liked Ime after hearing that. Kinda lets you know he’s a psycho POS. Makes his constant need to act like a tough guy even more funny. Most simp thing I’ve ever heard
That 4-9 record in games decided by 3 points or less doesn't even cover how bad it's been. How many games are we up by 10-20 points and win by 4 or 5. We collapse at the end of virtually every game and it has never gotten better.
That is the one thing I really hate about Ime Udoka, he is really not that humble......works both ways I guess. The other things are Offense versatility, TOs and execution.
That is the inner chauvinist speaking, I doubt he really cares about the situation, he wants to be seen as a tough guy.....also with women. All these interviews, the constant, he is the most mad at the players when they are getting punked, he is like.... anything but we can't get punked out there. The inferiority complex that he was such a below average player.
Yeah if you watched the game you'd see the first 6-7 points of the 4th quarter were on ALPEREN SENGUN. Ime has a dilemma because the other half of his dynamic duo can't defend a traffic cone. We simply can't play Sengun for long stretches in the 4th because he's a liability defensively. Its not a coaching issue its a Sengun issue
Every bad coaching move all game sets the stage for losing. That's what makes Ime the greatest of all time when it comes to losing 4th quarter leads. Managing to blow 17 4th quarter leads with this roster is something few other coaches at any level could manage.
