    I mean...have WE won a playoff series?

Hate the Spurs but I must admit they're a bit ahead of us as of now.

    Hopefully not for long

It would be interesting if they just crumbles as a playoff team. But there no way in hell this happen, there right on par with okc flight plan.

Rockets young group, we have Amen and Sengun! . Not bad if both these players excel in the overall game and push us through. With Reed shooting anything is possible!

Wemby is the real deal and could go down as the best to ever play if he stays healthy but....

Castle can't shoot. We're going to see teams dare him to shoot through the playoffs and sometimes...as we've seen...this mentally can break the spirit of a player.

Any weaknesses a player/team has will be exposed in the playoffs, the real gameplans come out, and not everyone is built for it...as the Rockets saw in Jalen Green last season who looked a little shell shocked last year.

So was that OKC Harden/KD/Russ team, what happened to that? I remember people here telling me Orlando had a brighter future than we did...

No reason to look past this year, anything can happen. Everyone is assuming the rest of SAS young core gets better...but as we ourselves have seen...that's not always the case.

Despite SAS handling OKC for most of the year I'd still take OKC in a 7 game series, those guys are a proven commodity, SAS is going to have to win a championship before dynasty talk starts popping up.

Spurs season added insult to FVV's injury.

They look legit for as long as Wemby's health allows.

Rockets are a borderline play-in team.

I think Wemby is overrated, best to ever play, Defense maybe but his Offense is really not that great.....he is versatile....

But is he as clutch as MJ......is he passing like Magic Johnson?

    • He is def going against the best of Offensive basketball in history.
    • I think the whole media is hanging at his nuts right now, swallowing every word from his lip.....
    • This is a unique situation that their guards Castle, Harper, Fox are the real contributors and Wemby only shuts down the Paint for them and does a little finishing and Offense.
    • And Wemby gets all the Credit.

Why our players always have to open their mouths?

This is the type of thing a leader says to motivate his team.

This is what he is supposed to say.

I thought this was what the Spurs leader would say to motivate his team.

Doesn’t matter if castle can’t shoot. They have barnes, Champaigne, vassel, harper, and johnson which all can create their own shot and make a wide open 3.

Only reed and Dickerson can do this outside of 10 feet for our team.

I think the Spurs leader just plays like an MVP candidate to motivate his team tbh

Spurs are only a dynasty if Wemby stays healthy. And we're only the 2022 Grizz if one of our guys doesn't take a leap, like Amen just flashed last night, or Sengun has at times this season. Neither of those books is written yet.

Have you seen their bench? Our young core minus tari is great but our bench is the worst

They're a bit deeper than us this season. Our future draft capital is stronger in my opinion--a lot more potential quality, a bit more quantity. The depth should eventually even out if we don't do anything stupid.

Otherwise, I'd say nobody on their team has great odds to be a #1 option type of player besides Wemby at this point, and even Wemby is so far more along the lines of Anthony Davis in the scoring department, it's just his insane defense that brings him up a notch. I like Harper and Castle but I'm not sure what their ceiling is, and I don't know if I see higher ceilings from them than Amen and Sengun.

Wemby is really the only major difference between us and them right now. And yeah that's a huge deal, but again... only if he stays healthy.

Fred and Ime are as arrogant as each other and that's a problem.

Fred was good in the playoffs last year but was fairly rubbish most of the season, we were winning in spite of him shooting bricks all year.

Next season we get him back after an ACL and judging by his porkyness on the sidelines he hasn't really been dedicated to the rehab. He's old in NBA terms too so he's not coming back better.

But Ime and Stone are in love with him so he knows his job is safe enough to say dumb **** like this that will motivate the Spurs for a decade.

Reminds me of Harden saying the Warriors aren't that good. Just shut the **** up, assholes
