Reed will play 20-30 minutes depending on how his shot is falling

The Turkish Turnstile who thinks he's Magic and is constantly lowering the ball and having guards and anyone in the stands take it away from him.

Now people are mad at some actual usable point guard depth? Everyone is mad that ANY player can hit a sorely needed consistent 3 pointer?

It's been "This team needs floor spacing and scoring threat for BOTH units" . But it's mad that it's not just Sheppard getting SOLE credit for a long winning streak? That other players actually dare step up to contribute?

I remember Holiday was once accused as a "shoot first ball hog" before, for "taking touches" away from the young core's "development". Seems once people chose their favorites, they hate ANYTHING that seemingly "obstructs" their favorite

If the Rockets made the WCF, but Reed’s minutes were cut, would y’all be on here crying? Because atp, I think the answer is yes

Yeah, ofc we all know what’s gonna happen - there’s a reason why we started going deeper into the bench recently, he can’t let Reed get too used to a starter role and forget how to be a bench warmer for Fred when he’s back.

It's already coded as a "black supremacist racist conspiracy" when Reed gets 5 less minutes than expected. Yes there would be crying for that

I think Reed needs to start because we cannot outscore other teams in the west with him coming off the bench. Yes we will give up some defensive positions but I think we will have a better chance of beating teams with Reed starting.

of course, and it would validate Udoka

but that isn’t going to happen because the opposite effects were into play during the RS, and we have an insane sample size to back it up.

teams just have to collapse on senguin and Durant and make amen, Jabari or Okogie/tari pay. And that was a brilliant strategy that has worked. Stating Reed made them get away from that but they’ll game plan for it in th post season

It'll be a blessing and I'll be happy af if Rockets make it WCF...I'm just doubtful they make it pass the 1st matchup.

I'm okay with them deciding if they are dishonest pieces of **** or they are complete morons. Honestly it makes no difference to me.

Overrating how? Multiple things can be true. Rockets aren’t winning a ring this year regardless of if Reed Sheppard plays or not. So if he’s a truly a developmental player we should be developing him by giving him minutes.

Fact remains he’s still the best point guard on our roster at the moment. His shooting, and playmaking open up our offense and raises our ceiling. In today’s nba the offense are soo good it’s hard to stop anyways it better to try and score with them we’ve seen what happens when teams double KD. It’s not pretty. Also we can hide him more in a zone which I bet will be used a lot more in the playoffs especially if we ever play the spurs cuz they aren’t a great shooting team.
