It was earlier, Garrison Matthews and Eric Gordon were the ones receiving the death threats.

It’s from one of Durant’s tweets where instead of using the word “dick”, he wrote “dickerson “. Now you know

The narrative I remember is that everyone thought there was no accountability for Jalen while Sengun got benched more often. That was during the Silas era. During the Udoka era I don't recall anyone being mad about Jalen getting benched for Holiday. Jalen was always a starter here and he played a ton of minutes.

There were multiple interviews where Morey himself says that stone is the person they would consult and was working hard behind the scenes . Stone was the go to guy . That’s why he was promoted. Now that Morey is in Philly without stone, he’s doing a terrible job managing the sixers, while stone has done a GREAT job rebuild when Morey left us with John wall and Demarcus cousins and oladipo and no picks . Anyone who thinks Morey is better than stone is lacking in critical thinking skills

Udoka is such a dumb ass for not playing Reed 30 mins minimum and getting him prepared for the playoffs. Dumbest coach ever

Here's who the Rockets are. They get too complacent with big leads. Instead of ending the Sixers misery, when KD went to the bench. Reed, Amen, Jabari, Alpi, and Tari just started jacking up bad shot after bad shot. Forcing stuff when there was nothing there. The ball movement went to s**t. Then when Philly started cutting into their lead. They doubled down on hero ball. Every man for himself bs that usually leads to transition and wide open shots. Nobody looked in the mirror and said hey we have a game tomorrow, we need to cut the head off this snake.
It took 37 year old KD and Aaron Holiday to bring some composure to close it out. Yeah KD had turnovers, but why come Amen and Aaron Holiday didnt come get the ball.
KD is 37 averaging the most minutes in the league at 37. The thing thats going to kill this team in the playoffs, is their maturity.

Well, no Curry against the Lakers (of course) so that may change.

    This team is really weird

I don't think anybody has yet overstated how weird this team is.

By net rating and W/L record we should be right at the borderline of "true contender" status. We are right around the level of every top team short of the top 4. We're actually better than Denver by net rating, somehow.

But we lose so many games we should win, and struggle so much in close games, and it's really hard to know how much to read into it.

At this point I wouldn't be surprised by anything between first round exit and Western Conference Finals. I would be surprised by us doing better than that.

But but but Morey is such an elite GM. Pandemic P on lock for the next couple of years same thing with Embiid.

The reason is simple we are like Tari Eason, all body no brain. The team itself has great talent but coaching is almost non existent we get by on natural talent, effort and hard defense/rebounds. As a result we make lots of mistakes and lose close games because Udoka always gets outcoached. Thankfully this game the talent was too high to overcome but if Embiid played tonight we prob lose.

Morey got his 2 guys. Edgecomb and Maxey. He will rip it apart to build around them.

Lakers up big in San Francisco right now..so our last hope is actually the Suns.

It looks like the Lakers will retain HC advantage.
