1st half observations: Often when teams fall behind, they use up a lot of energy coming back and falter after evening up the game. However, specifically tonight, the Suns grew the big lead because they started out super intense and burned the candle at both ends. I thought the Rockets would have a big opening in the 2nd quarter because the Suns would have much less energy. The question is whether they took advantage. If it weren't for Booker's foul baiting and the willingness of Rockets players to take the bait, Rockets would be up 4-5 at the half. I expect both the refs and the Rockets defenders will adjust accordingly in the 2nd half. If Alpi can crawl out of his own head become a factor scoring the ball, Rockets have a very good chance of winning. We are so lucky Jalen is wearing a Suns uniform.
