The 5-2 tease to start the season was nice. But now that we are playing real teams like the…Athletics and Rockies…the pitching staff can’t get an out and the defense is botching plays like a little league team. Good grief.

Man, just finished watching last night's game. Ugh, that wasn't fun. The only highpoints of last nights game for me were some great catches by Cam, Walker, and Meyers. My man Alvarez has really disappointed me not knocking some balls out of the park this series, but I'm hoping today he knocks one over the trees. Swing and miss Altuve is back. Ugh. Speaking of hit and miss, I don't know why Matthews is ever in the lineup. I cringe every time he steps up to the plate. It's not like we can't switch out Alvarez and Loperfido at LF and DH. I don't get it. Our pitching needs to be better. They struck out twice as many batters as us. I'm hoping today we at least make this game more exciting, and get some big rallies going but a win is what we need.
