Six seed isn’t the end of the world

I don't care if we're 4 or 5 seed, as long as our opponent are the Fakers. Obviuously, 4 is better, but since the refs will be going overtime trying to get them to the second round, I basically consider home advantage gone either way. Still, we can beat them 5v8, even more now that Reaves is also out along with Luka. Lebron can't carry them over a 7 games series anymore.

 

Lakers aren't going to hold on to the 3rd seed.

Lakers will likely be our first round matchup. Followed by OKC. If we go 6-7 games with OKC this season will be a massive, massive success. If we end up winning the series by getting insane magnetball than we win the championship.

 

Call me crazy but OKC is actually a better matchup for us than the Spurs imo.

 

Ever so slightly. OKC role players are very good at playing within their role and Shai is gonna Shai. We would need the best defense we’ve ever played for possibly 7 games if we were to match with them.

Spurs with a healthy Wemby is not a chance in hell.

How do you figure they are one game from the 3rd seed the laker might now win another game with 5 to go

 

Denver losing. Interesting. No tie break for us, so we would have to push for outright. Curious. I say we play for the chance but don't gas the team unnecessarily.

 

If we get Denver, it doesn’t matter which seed we are we will be losing anyways.

 

Perfect scenario is the 4th seed and Fakers at 5th.

 

How do the coaches match up?

 

To do what? Ride the bench. I guess he would take Holiday’s minutes so that is a plus. He is another diminutive pg and has an iffy 3 pointer. He has great handles and shot 37% from 3 this year, but I’m not sure his outside shot is going to translate as well to the NBA since it’s often a set shot and has been bad until this year. If he had Reed’s shot or Reed has his handles they would both be offensive super-stars. Cadeau seems to move his feet better on defense. Before the year, he wasn’t on anybody’s draft board. Now, he might sneak into the first round after his impressive performance in March Madness.

 

I wouldn't mind getting the 3 seed and facing Minny. Ant is hobbling. Facing the Spurs is preferred in the second round than OKC.
