Didn't realize it could be 3-7 days. Which, you know, makes sense. Becuase I might want to go to my uncle's funeral or something to pay respects and a flight out- funeral and a flight back, whereas if it was my dad or kid or something I might need 7 days to rub some dirt on it. I'd hope if a guy lost a kid or something that the team would be like- hey- man- whenever you can make it back cool- and if it helps you. I had a manager that happened to and it was freaking brutal. She was gone for like 2 weeks, said she needed to get back to have some sense of normalacy and then she would be there for a little bit of time and then leave etc. I mean brutal in a watch someone just have the worst thing in life that could happen to them brutal, not about how it affected their work (which was a lot- but who cares- we got through it). Those guys make more money than us, sure, but some things none of that **** matters.
