46 players with at least 15 FGA per game this season last in TS% https://www.nba.com/stats/players/advanced?CF=FGA_PG*GE*15&TeamID=0&dir=A&sort=TS_PCT
Probably because Sengun is clogging the paint. Or he is always guarded by the best defender. Did you try to look at his last 7 games? Also his on/off numbers would show he is the most impactful player on the team. He is also double teamed all the time, let's not forget that. Not a shot at Green by the way. I wish him the best.
Y'all are so Goofy. Jalen Green has missed half the season and came back with Booker, *Dillon Brooks and *Mark Williams missing significant time (*last 3 weeks), getting use to new coach, new players where they like their shots, defensive rotations. Sengun has been garbage since Steven Adams went out (01/18/26). Sengun (35 games since Adams injury): 19.7 pts / 55.6 (2P%) / 34.0 (3P%) / 8.6 rebs / 6.0 ast / 3.0 TOV Jalen Green (last 15 gms with/Rookies Maluach, Fleming & 2nd yr players Ryan Dunn, Oso Ighadaro): 22.7 pts / 54.8 (2P%) / 36.7 (3P%) / 4.4 rebs / 3.7 ast / 2.3 TOV Sengun (without Steven Adams last 35 games): 0.1 (+/-) per game.........2.0 (+/-) in that 35 game stretch. 1.9 (+/-) per game.........29 (+/-) (last 15 games) Jalen Green Sengun best 5-man lineups (Sengun/Durant/Amen/Jabari/...insert player) (Top 3 in minutes) 1) 347 mins....+8.9 points (insert Okogie) 2) 304 mins....+8.8 points (insert Eason) 3) 253 mins....-9.2 points (insert Sheppard) Next closest has 97 minutes Jalen Green best 5-man lineups: (top 3 in minutes) 1) 123 mins.....+8.5 points 2) 41 mins.......+6.1 points 3) 32 mins.......+6.4 points With Rasheer Fleming (13 minutes) +50.3 points Small sample size, but all lineups are going to be small sample size since Green has missed so many games. I wanted Rasheer for the Rockets, shooting 39.6 (3P%) on 3.5 attempts in last 15 games. As Apache has said often.....Spacing reigns supreme in today's NBA playoffs. Equals greater efficiency on offense. I predicted the Suns would win about 44 games (+/- 2 wins) Standing at 42 wins and about 5 more games left.
You're out here caping for a bum who we were lucky enough to get out from under (for KD no less) and WE'RE the goofy ones? Aite, whatever you say chief
Imagine spending 15 minutes pulling stats to validate Jalen’s performance. Remember, it’s March. Check back in a month.
You and Stone, you and Gretchen Shier don't know basketball. You and Gretchen can probably put together a WNBA team. Bunch of lawyers and M.I.T. egg-heads look at a few stats and think you understand makeup and chemistry of a true contender. I'm not saying the Suns are winning it all this year; but dealing a franchise level player like Durant usually sets back the team 7 years or so like the 76ers "Trust the Process." Suns were on pace for 50 wins at the beginning of January. More wins than when they had Durant last year. I said it when the Rockets made the trade......Rockets won't beat the Thunder in the final good years of Durant (25/26 & 26/27)......meanwhile they set up the Suns to be a powerhouse with the tandem of Booker & Jalen Green backcourt in the West. Suns 1) Three headed monsters of drive and kick players in Booker, JG4 and Dillon Brooks (sprinkle in Grayson Allen & Gillespie as 4th and 5th options) 2) Lob Threat in Mark Williams, roll-men in Maluach, Rasheer Fleming, Oso Ighadaro 3) Catch-n-Shoot options: Gillespie, Booker, JG4, Grayson Allen, Hayward Highsmith, Amir Coffey, Rasheer Fleming, Dillon Brooks, Maluach Much like the Bucks send Giannis from mid court, pin his ears back and get them running downhill towards the rim...Coach Ott is designing plays for Jalen Green to do the same. Draw two or three defenders gravity and a 3-point shooter will be open. Coach Ott will get Jalen Green in the best position to maximize his abilities. Maybe not this year; but fresh out of the gates next season and beyond. It was just stupid. It's a guard centric league and you set up another Western Conference team to be the Pittsburg Steelers (Suns) that kept my Houston Oilers (Rockets) from winning it all year after year. Just dumb, dumb, DUMB !! I'VE ROOTED FOR THE ROCKETS FOR OVER 50 YEARS, I don't have time to watch Sengun and Durant fighting for that mid range territory crap and then rebuild for next 10 years.
You forgot how often Jalen was doubled (HE WASN'T) versus the Warriors last playoffs. He was doubled so hard, how could anyone have been expected to score more than 7 points against that defense? (Sengun killed in that series and people said he was bad. Right.)
Do you genuinely think people are going to waste their time reading your wall of nonsensical garbage? Again, you think WE'RE the goofy ones?
He definitely didn’t “kill” in that series. His TS% was 49%. Very inefficient and soft against the smallest team in the league. Dubs fans were suprised as a lot of them thought Sengun would dominate since they didn’t really have any guys over like 6 foot 7 lol. Sengun kinda got punked by Draymond. I’m hoping for a better playoffs from him this year. We’ll certainly need it.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Mental illness is a real thing.
I can easily bet my home that green's 16th game back was a bad performance, lol. Why are we looking at 15? What is special about it other than it is probably producing the best stats for Green? Okay, let's say we'll use 15 games as our measurement period. Why is Sengun not measured in the same period if we want to compare players? I love the bold touch on the turnovers as well. Let me bold something for you. Jalen Green 32.1% on 7.4 3pt attempts per game. For comparison Sengun is at 31.5% for the year.
The sad part is that a person claiming to root for a "TEAM" for 50 years, in this case the Rockets, went so overboard in becoming a "PLAYER ONLY FAN" that he totally turned his back on the Rockets. He literally claimed Jalen Green, of all people, is basically the next Michael Jordan . Then he proceeded to become a Suns fan and gave up his Rockets fandom. Honestly, it wouldn't surprise me if it was dementia or schizophrenia at this point.
