    Trump announced during his State of the Union that Vice President JD Vance would lead a new “war on fraud,”

    Dems are salivating at the possibility of political liability and dubbing the MAGA heir apparent the “fraud czar.”
    They are already accusing the administration of hypocrisy, specifically of targeting their political enemies while turning a blind eye to the alleged fraud originating in the Oval Office.

    The White House knows the role comes with occupational hazards.

    Effectively, this will be DOGE, part 2, w JD Vance at the helm

    Trump predicted that his vice president would succeed where the last one faltered.

    on the other end of the political spectrum, Democratic National Committee chair Ken Martin offered this comment.

    The new job comes at a moment when Vance finds himself in a potentially precarious position. After years of building a political reputation grounded in opposition to foreign intervention, the vice president has backed a new war, this one against Iran. The White House has batted down speculation that there is any daylight between Trump and his deputy, despite Vance’s many past statements expressing skepticism of American involvement in the Middle East.

    Tweet seems so ridiculously naive. Vance is going to give up his one shot at the presidency for what? To save the country? That's not who he is. If anything Trump does ever did give Vance qualms, he no doubt tells himself that he can make it all better when he is president.

    Any grown man who will suck up to another grown man as hard as Vance did when he and Vivek and the rest were trying to get Trump's pick to be Vice President will not just give up a chance to save the country over climbing to the top. No way! This is a guy who wanted Trump's approval so desperately that he dressed like him, followed him around to his court hearings, echoed the blatant lies Trump was spewing during the campaign, and praised him non-stop, as he flip flopped on his previous stances like a good little butt kisser to appease Trump. Nope.

    JD Vance has decided that he is a man of strong Catholic faith...... strong enough that he has conveniently written a book about it.

    Yet he is such an authority that the Pope continues to say that Vance doesn't understand Jesus or Catholicism.

    What kind of narcissism does it take to write a book on it when the head of the Church says you are misinformed.
