    Attendees at the 2026 Conservative Political Action Conference seem to be dazed and confused after a disastrously chaotic month for
    President Donald Trump. In the last 30 days, he has started a war in the Middle East, deployed federal agents to airports, and
    refused to end the partial government shutdown.

    Though they’re united by red MAGA caps and American flag attire, the crowd at CPAC appears to be uncharacteristically disengaged
    after Trump’s tumultuous first year back in office. Younger and older members are divided over the war in Iran, affordability is plummeting,
    and the Epstein files have raised suspicions across MAGA. One young attendee said many of his fellow Trump supporters now “can’t stand the guy.” It’s a starkly different mood from last year’s conference, where many declared Trump’s election was the start of the golden years.

    I’ve noticed that sorry attempt to try and rebrand as America 1st…but the vast majority of them still support war in the Middle East, are against tax payer money being used to help Americans, and are in favor of tariffs

    they care more about some random person using EBT to buy cookies than they do Trump pardoning someone who committed $39 million in healthcare fraud and destroyed countless families

    IMO JD would be an idiot to run in 2028, he will have the orange stain on his for the rest of his life, he cant say anything bad about what tramp has done and just as they did with Kamala when they labeled her as Bidens border czar, with JD they will say it will be more of the same

    JD would be smart to go away and hide. If the gop were smart they would nominate a new voice with a new vision, but you will have trump tweeting about everything, you need to cut the head off the snake at some point. Now if JD did invoke article 25 in the next few months and he goes and reverses everything than maybe.........but he is not about to be doing that
