he has played with guys like Steph, Kyrie, Harden, and Booker…and he comes here and sees Sengun smoking layup after layup right at the rim, can’t shoot a lick from outside, and having 43/0/53 shooting splits in the clutch (he’s even airballed clutch free throws)

he doesn’t have any patience with most of the players on our roster which causes him to get easily annoyed…he also doesn’t trust them when the game is tight which is why he’s always trying to do too much and initiate everything even tho that’s not his game…he’d rather force up a shot or dribble around even if it results in a turnover than to put the ball in the hands of the other guys

I still think Amen + Giannis is a spacing disaster though unless you've got a stretch big and Stephen f***ing Curry in the backcourt though. But who knows, maybe Amen magically becomes a 36% three point shooter over the offseason

Turner would need to be in the deal to make the salaries work so you’d have your stretch 5. The Bucks will be the one’s requiring picks and more than one. Unless you’re willing to do all that for a one year all in season, you will be screwed since Giannis is going to require a max extension which would more than likely prevent you from a max deal for Amen. But I will say that Amen, Reed, Jabari, Giannis and Turner have a puncher’s chance at a title, especially if Amen at least develops a mid-range shot.

 

For someone that’s tired of all the excuses that us SOFs make, you sure are laying it on thick for Dickerson.

Maybe something where we get their pick this offseason and they get future picks? Allowing us to still have a timeline that works with Amen & Reed and them to jump start a rebuild as soon as KD retires.

It might make more sense as a three-team trade where somebody else gets KD though and Milwaukee gets a FRP from that deal.

 

Actually I might be on-board for Sengun for Turner and their frp this year and see if you can unload Durant for expirings and a pick from somebody. Actually Sengun for Turner could bring back more than 1 pick. I hope Stone is not so scared of losing his job that he gives up all our draft capital for Giannis.
