SGA is better than Curry ever was and has been for a while

The more I ponder it, the more I think neither Curry nor Shai was really physically imposing.....
and u had to hide Curry on Defense quite a lot.

All the other dynasty leaders were physically gifted, the Mikes, the Kobes, the Shaqs, the Dreams.....

Only Duncan who was also tall and long got it done due to pure execution alongside Tony and Manu.

I think at his current pace he would be....but one thing people underestimate is longevity.

Very hard to be top 5 elite for year after year after year after year after year like Curry and Bron and some of these other all time generational player. Not that SGA isn't generational, just that it's hard to maintain that for over a decade. Time will tell but at his current pace I do actually agree.

It just was terrifying though when Curry was hot it really felt hopeless, dude would throw up the most insane shots, swish, made magnet conspiracy theory look real.

 

Give Shaivonte the Bay area's market size and we shall find out! Crazy how good his defense has become, scary.

I feel like ppl don't speak about this enough or it just gets swept under the rug. They are the reason nobody sets screens correctly now(including us). They never set their feet in place, they would stick their hips and butts out to check the defender. Ppl forget that even in their beginning stage of their dynasty they were a very dirty team, not just Draymond. They injured ppl. The fact that they move forward while setting a screen and they show it in a GSW Highlight and it's not called irks me every time.

 

Neither Shai nor Timothee beat MJ (not that MJ).

The Warriors were a very dirty team with the idiot Mark Jackson as coach. He actively encouraged that type of basketball, bragging on it as "old school". When Steve Kerr took over from the idiot, they toned the dirty play down a lot, including Draymond.

That said, Draymond never quite let it go during their "dynasty" years. Then, when the Warriors decline began, he lost control of his emotions and reverted back to early form. Maybe he felt there was less to lose from acting out.

Lu Dort carries on Dray's infamous legacy with gusto.

People underestimate Draymond's intelligence, at his best, he is one of the most intelligent defenders who has tons of emotions.

Dort is far from being that intelligent. OKC environment is frustrated with his play.

He is neither loud or a tough guy, just built like a tank.

 

OK now you're just being silly... You clearly need to either stop drinking the Haterade, or you're overindexing on late-Laker Lebron. There is no rational argument for Curry over the GOAT. The only thing he does better is shoot.
