Agreed 100%. If Edmonds doesn't make that catch, the Astros win. I believe that one took the wind out of their sails. Rolen has hit Roger hard in the past. Remember the HR he hit off Roger when the Cards were at MMP in September? Rolen likes him some waist high sinkers.
Our last 3 games of the series, our lineup went 14 for 100. Thats a .140 BA. If you look at it, we were fortunate to even get it to a 7th game.
Agreed, I have to think the series is different if we had Andy Petitt and Wade Miller, heck either one of them. I just think this was our chance...Beltran is probably leaving, Kent too, and maybe Roger. Ugh. DD
