!@#$ YEAH Someone was telling me to give it up...that it was over yesterday....IT'S NEVER OVER! I know of the Astros chokejobs of 97,98,99, 2001, and last year. I've seen plenty of the 86 series. I've seen plenty of the 81 series. Rockets have choked away games, series, seasons. Oilers ****ing pissed me off so much that when they left I became a JAGUARS fan....JAGUARS...cause we had no team in Houston, which left a void in the AFC for me to root for. (Yuc fan at the time too) I've seen the Bucs choke jobs in the past 7 years up until finally beating Oakland in 2002. AND DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THE RED SOX. No matter what happened, every time something RIDICULOUS happened for my team to lose....for my team to have no chance...for my team to pack it in and leave....maybe they gave up some times, maybe most fans did...maybe everyone did...but unless there is no time left on that clock...or no outs left...I'm not EVER giving in. Today, Texans were down 28-7 I think. My friend turns to me and says, "It's over...let's go find a TV to watch the Astros." I turned and just stared right at him and said, "Go ahead, go find your TV, give up. You go ahead, I'll find you later." I stood back up, turned around, and tried to get the crowd pumped up again. Sure....we ended up losing the game...but no one thought we'd even come close to even tying. Even if I did or didn't think they would tie it, I wasn't gonna give up until I saw the clock read 0:00. So, you can go and whine about how all the teams have always choked...and how it's over...and you can "Go ahead, go find your TV, give up." But I'm not.
